A company's mission statement is a short declaration that describes the company's objective, markets, and competitive advantage (Pearce & Robinson, 2009). The mission of Sweet Tooth Is to produce quality cakes and sweet confections and sell them at reasonable prices. The values of the company are based on the principles of happy customers, quality products, diligent employees, relaxed environment, and the commitment to bring a sweet smile to everyone's face (Plans, 1996).

Sweet Tooth's vision Is a conclusive description of what the company Is working to achieve. The company wants to be the bakery of choice for consumers and customers alike and lead in quality, service, and innovation. Sweet Tooth wants to be a business where its employees feel motivated to come up with new creations and where its employees are proud to be a part of (Pearce & Robinson, 2009).

Sweet Tooth's Values Values are principles that guide the organization's daily operational Judgments and are a describing fundamental of the organization's culture (Pearce & Robinson, 2009). Performance, and people. These values support the delivery of the company's vision. Pride refers to the professional way Sweet Tooth conducts business. People refers to motivating employees to release their inner artist.

The culture within the organization can be best described as a family unit, where everyone works together peacefully and creatively. Sweet Tooth maintains this culture by treating its employees with respect and valuing its employees' ideas and opinions (Pearce & Robinson, 2009). Attracting consumers with new and exciting flavors and designs that are fun, elegant, and colorful are the currently popular in the bakery trends. Sweet Tooth's vision, mission, and values encompass the bakery strategic drivers. Any decisions that the organization makes must contribute to the mission and vision of the bakery. This set way of thinking is what helps the organization to stay on course toward its strategic plan (Mires, 1999). Customer Needs and Competitive Advantage Customer satisfaction is a number 1 priority at Sweet Tooth. The company takes its customers' needs and requests very seriously.

The organization's employees determined to fulfill every customer's wish and will not stop working until the product is to the customer's satisfaction. What makes Sweet Tooth different from our competitors is that the organization is a mixture between a bakery and a candy store. However, unlike other bakeries that produces cakes, pies, doughnuts, and other delectable, Sweet Tooth focuses primarily on cakes, cupcakes, cookies, fudge, and lollipops. By limiting the amount of products that Sweet Tooth produces, employees re able to focus on the orders that are taken upon by the organization.

Sweet Tooth's desire for customer satisfaction is also what sets it apart from its competitors. The designers will work with the customers to create a sketch that is within the customer's budget, which is something some bakeries do not do. Conclusion Sweet Tooth bakery is a bakery that is keen on providing excellent service, quality products, at affordable prices. Although there are other bakeries on the scene, what sets Sweet Tooth apart from the rest is its elegant and artistic products, affordable rises, and its dedication to its customers.

The organization's mission and vision projects in the way it conducts business, employees are treated, and how customers are serviced. The values of the firm are pride, performance, and people that drives the organization's culture. Many customers shy away from having elegant deserts created for their events because of the outrageous prices some bakeries charge; however Sweet Tooth employees will work with the customer and create works of art that is within budget.
