A person cannot be baptized unless he sincerely repents of his sinful nature and has faith in Jesus Christ as Savior, the Giver of the Holy Spirit and the new birth. Let us remember not to judge upon if a person is baptized or not. After all, it is not said those who are unbaptized will perish. It says those that do not believe will parish.
