Both companies got a good working and social environment necessary for greater work ; performance. IBM leads for this part too. IBM is comparatively more global than Falcon-Software as Falcon is established very latter than IBM which is working since many years. IBM works in many country including BRIC ; almost many other global countries. We can call IBM a global initiative. IBM has got the superior strategic planning comparing Falcon-Software. IBM gets higher marks in terms of good decision making people. IBM also leads Falcon in the terms of Innovation ; better ideas. We can conclude easily that IBMers has got lots of better points to identify themselves apart from the other software companies.
