Based on the material read and taken assessments about Personality types, Learning styles and Team working strategies, I have clarify my learning styles and personality types. Intrapersonal being my highest along with moderate Verbal Lenguistic and Logical mathematical styles I have grasp different ways in which to communicate and collaborate efficiently. As a highly developed Intrapersonal person being aware of self meaning and visualizing information as it’s processed quietly higher grades of concentration are reached, which helps digest information in layers for better understanding to then be applied.

Verbal linguistic as well happens to be one of my most practical learning styles giving me the ability to listen and interpretate information in different ways clarifying it and simplifying to making it more practical as an individual. I find this particularly helpful in my job area as a company internal and fraud investigator which is one of the most essential abilities to poses due to the frequency one has to direct interrogations. As a possessor of Logical mathematical learning style as well it makes me capable to know and analyze problems carefully before any actions are taken for best outcome of any given matter which always comes in handy for personal or school purposes.

As of personality types with Thinker being my highest ranked it is self illustrative that I am well developed in analyzing, and solving problems when brought to my attention. Evidently each step is carefully though simply because thinking is somewhat a comfort zone and part of my nature, versus someone that for an instance might be spontaneous and not thorough with ideas.

Organizer also a strong dominant trait of my personality a sense of responsibility and making sure tasks develop meticulously but smoothly and proficiently is just a part of a natural way of function which personally is very helpful due to the necessity of having to fit daily essential tasks without forgetting to prioritize others like school duties. Giver as another personality trait could be very enjoyable characteristic not only to me but a gift to others. As a giver I find that communicating with others, by helping them to clarify their questions and providing them with my best knowledge and understanding could be very helpful. It is one of the most pleasant feelings seeing how others for instance in a group of work or school come to understand and participate in same topic and or ideas as they can feel at the same reasoning level.

In conclusion a higher understanding of my multiple intelligences such as Intrapersonal, Verbal Lenguistic and Logical mathematical mixed with my personality types like Thinker, Organizer and giver have made me developed a strategy for more effective contact and collaboration with others and best personal knowledge of myself. There is a world surrounded of people with different Intelligences’ and personality traits; I just happen to be one more among them. Trying to fit and combine with people off all sort of personality and intelligences could be at times tough, however understanding yourself if the first step to know our capabilities to communicate with a wide diversity of people effectively.
