Appreciation cannot be quantified and does not have anything that can be exchanged for it but only in actions of gratitude. As a trainee showing appreciation for support and kindness offered during class training to the sponsor teacher and the children, this is a note of appreciation.

Having been in the Pre-K classroom at the Jewish Community Center, it is both an honor and privilege to be part of the learning process learning from the children while teaching them. It is a wonderful thing to learn patience by observing the children doing their work or playing because each moment to them has a lesson. As a teacher, planning is an important part of the teaching profession and without which it would be near impossible. On the other hand, despite the importance of planning, working with children proves that it is not the most significant factor in teaching. The reason behind this is that kids have their own plans some of which when disrupted will disrupt the entire class. Consequently, learning becomes a communal aspect when dealing with children of this age.

Without the support of sponsor teachers, leaner teachers would not be qualified teachers or have the experience to handle children.
