Bing enjoys his job because he makes a decent wage and works at least 40 hours per week plus overtime twice a month. Generally, he enjoys the people that he works with and his boss treats all the workers with respect. There are some rules but, overall, it is not a strict workplace and they have a good time. Bing does not receive any benefits and is not involved with a union. This was not what Bing planned on doing as a kid. He actually wants to be a plumber and plans on becoming an apprentice in the next six months. The downfall is that she is required to work at least one weekend per month and two holidays a year but her seniority allows four weeks off a year! As a nurse, Marge has excellent benefits and belongs to a union. She enjoys the people she works with and really likes the fast-paced environment.
