The main aim and objective of the research is to evaluate the judicial measures in terms of statistical representation in the context of arbitration in maritime insurance. The importance of this study lies in the fact that if the assumption is established that in a case of arbitration in maritime insurance any one party enjoys the stronger ground, being a Petitioner or the Defendant, just from being at the position then strategies could be developed in a specific manner. This pre notion strategy would help the parties prepare well in advance and thus justice would be well achieved.

Methodology
