Academic integrity is important in higher education because it allows the students to focus on their full potential and encourages them to work harder. It is a tool to keep the students on check to monitor their works and skills honestly. Integrity helps us to appreciate hard work and drives us to work harder. Integrity is dignity. Learning from your own understanding and acquiring knowledge through course work is beneficial because you not only learn but also gain first-hand experience of how a work should be done.
