In this respect, not all of them were conversant with computers and the internet, a fact which dampened efforts aimed at the transfer of the community's communication to an online platform. The discourse community also included members of divergent age groups, which also became a factor in the decision of the model of communication to be employed.
The main purpose of communication within the financially geared discourse community is the enhancement of their economic capability.
