Study of internal auditing as a tool for companies performance was completely a new project idea which I got through the Chitkara University. As we all know auditing is the most important part of the company as it maintains the system of the internal control to attain the objectives and moreover for the smooth running of the company auditing is necessary.Internal audit is a consultant activity which designs to add some value in the organization.
