The evaluation approach will also include evaluation of services offered to this population and how much impact has been achieved based on literature and data. Part of the focus of the evaluation will be to ascertain the training and education offered concerning sexually transmitted disease, during the duration of the program (8 weeks program). The assessment of material utilized based on empirical and evidence-based data, while been cultural competent, the role of social, economic consideration, along with societal expectation for minorities women. Also, the evaluation will be focused on the outcome of the services based on the effectiveness of services to minority women (Torrone et al., 2018).

Outcomes to be evaluated The evaluation of the program requires the extensive gathering of information to ascertain the effectiveness of data while determining based on data the most effective approach for the desired outcome. Based on the perceptive of outcome-based evaluation, the determination will be the re-education of sexually transmitted disease amongst the minority, especially women of color. The evaluation of the outcome will be based on six different designed group with the intention of ascertaining the most educative and useful information leading to the promotion of women health. Also and based on the training and education, the evaluation will be based on outcome based on literature utilized during exercise. Also, the program evaluation will be based on the impact of women health, while at the same time for women to test early (Ankrah, 2018). Measurement Part of the measurement will consist determine the most effective training program for the reduction of the prevalence of sexually transmitted disease amongst minority women, improving the quality of services delivered to the community based on sex education, testing early which will help with the determining of the outcomes and the impact on the community.

Besides, and part of the measurement approached to be utilized a scale of one to ten, participants will have to determine the effect of information shed upon the six weeks of training. Also and as part of the measurement, participants will be asked to evaluate services provided before and after the training, to determine which will be the most effective approach in helping to improve the quality of services regarding the quality if their life (Torrone et al., 2018). The measurement will also include how information differences from previous knowledge or acquired information regarding sexually transmitted diseases, and perhaps inquire how the presented information can make a difference, while previous experience may not have made a difference or alter their views about STDs. The strengths the evaluation will be the on the fact that information that will be collected will form an actual participates with experiences regarding the prevalence of the challenges amongst women, while some of the participants may have experienced some level of sexually transmitted disease so that data collected will be vital and helpful in shaping of the program to maximize outcome ( McNamara, 2015)

Methods for Collecting Effectiveness of an outcome is dependent on an effective way collecting of data to ensure the efficacy the pogrom, which will be vital in modification of the program and its intended target while making a difference for women health. Measurements will take a quantitative approach that will measure the number of participants in the program with questionnaire raging form their health, their knowledge’s about STDs, the prevalence and any information that they may have acquired about STD. The collection of data will include a telephone interview covering demographic data, sexual and reproductive past, contraceptive practices, the STD knowledge and history of sexually transmitted diseases, drug and alcohol use, and information on current and past sex partners (Bunnell et al, 1999).

It also includes addressing the impact of the program, while the on the scale of one to ten, participants will have to determine the effect of information upon the six weeks of training. Also as part of the measurement, participants will be asked to evaluate services provided before and after the training, to determine which will be the most effective approach in helping to improve the quality and the contribution to woman health, while been a catalyst to help with the decrease of SDT amongst women of color. Also, participants will have been asked to compare their knowledge before and after training, and with program evaluation consist of six group research designs will be vital in determining the effectiveness of the program. Data collected will be critical since utilizing will help will the collection of sufficient data for the provision of quality services to minority women (Ankrah, 2018).
