This will mean that books of accounts in this Company will have to be audited often to ensure the smooth running of the Company.

Another process that is likely to be affected by this decision is in line with production. There is likelihood that production in this Company will increase as it implements the contracting of local growers of organic produce. This will mean that Kudler Fine Foods Company will need to increase its storage space because of the increase in production.

This decision will automatically affect the transport sector of this organization. This is because this Company will need vehicles to transport the farm produce from growers’ premises to the Company. This means that Kudler Fine Foods Company will have to incorporate recruitment processes of divers therein.

Marketing is also another business process in Kudler Fine Foods Company that could be affected by this venture. This Company will need to carry out more marketing such that local growers of organic produce become aware of this venture. This can be done through local newspapers and also through word of mouth. Posters can also be used within the Company’s locality so that growers living around it are accessed too. Marketing will have to be more aggressive unlike before. This is actually one of the major processes that will be affected therein.

Research shows that this organization does not have a purchasing department. There are three departmental managers in each store that are responsible for the determination of requirements therein and placement of orders. This process will be affected as this Company will have to create a purchasing department that will directly with local growers of organic produce.

This Company will have to incorporate market research and also a team in charge of this department. This team will have to carry out competitive intelligence on the Company’s competitors. Market research is very essential in each organization’s strategy of diversification and expansion. This process will have to be incorporated and intensified because it will have big impacts on the overall success of this Company.

Employee training is a process that will have to be incorporated in this Company to deal with the changes therein.

One of the performance standards that need to be incorporated is in line with cleanliness of organic produce. This is because cleanliness in this industry is quite fundamental. (Sparrow, 1994)

The management needs to put in place tools that will help in determining quality of organic produce. This will include classification of the produce into three categories. Grade A, B and C. This will be evaluated in terms of weight of the organic produce. Other factors that will be considered include the size of the organic produce. Those that are of very large size and of good color are classified in grade A. Kudler Company can decide to purchase large quantities of grade A. produce and minimal grade B produce for its diversified customers. Quality controllers need to be incorporated in the purchasing department where they check quality before purchasing.
