Written and interpersonal communication in the 21st century is clearly becoming increasingly informal; I believe this is a both good and bad because you either have to talk to everyone the same or you have to take to very one differently. Both ways you have to careful because we have to talk to everyone differently but in some situation we have to speak exactly the same so what is ever is said is understood how you put it. Either way everyone speaks formal an informally whether they like because you don't talk to everyone the same.

The increasingly informal Witten and interpersonal is needed but is needs to be used carefully. First when you talk to you friends and then to you family and then your co-workers, it's all different and usually informal and if you talked to them formally it would almost seem weird. Now if you talked to people like your boss or law enforcement or like judges in and informal matter it might not turn out well. The reason for it would be because of either respect and to be polite to see these figure types because of their status of power and control.

Another reason would be if you don't want someone to know something for many different reasons. The reason may be if you trying to surprise someone or just don't want that one person to know. You have to be careful how you speak to people and something for one or more different reasons. Where if a surprise party information gets to the person it's for it isn't really bad but if you get in trouble with the law and say your boss finds out you might get fired.

There are many other situations where you have to talk to people differently and people similarly. When you have to talk to a lot of people and having to talk to each person differently may get confusing and something's is easy to just talk to them all the same. Also you could have to only talk to a few people and would be much easier to talk to each of them different. It really depends on what's easier for you but some people you have to talk to a certain way or else there might be consequences.

Another way, can be a very important reason for why you talk to some people the same and some different, would be so that they understand what's being said. I many field as IT Specialist I would have to talk to my co-workers differently from how I talk to the people I am helping or explaining something to. There isn't really a good or bad thing that would come out of this explain. To some people there might be but to me re-explaining something to someone isn't a bad or good, it's just a common thing and there's nothing wrong with it. The bad thing that would come out of it would be if you yelled and the only good thing that would come out of it would be if they learned something.

Overall you just really need to watch how you talk to people and speak in a way that wouldn't get you in trouble and to be respectful. Speaking to people in the 21" century has been increasingly becoming more informal and can be a good and bad thing depending on each person you speak to. Speaking formal or informal really depend on who are speaking to and how you want to speak to and how you speak will determine what happens to you after you're done, whether it's good or bad.
