Regular exercise has many health benefits for children and young people, such as: Improving fitness, providing an opportunity to socialise, increasing concentration, improving academic scores, building stronger heart, bones and healthier muscles, encouraging healthy growth and development and also improving self-esteem.

All children should enjoy going outdoors, they must be allowed to play outside as it helps exercise. Working out helps them in development, health and on their lifestyles. They will be able to live healthy lives and stay self-assured as well as intellectual. Encouraging physical play within the early years is very important it is suggested that both parents and practitioners can stimulus physical activity.

It is not constantly about observing at physical equipment, sometimes about observing at people’s understanding and approaches on how to stimulate physical activity.

Children improve both fine and gross motor skills as we know, so having a good idea of what physical improvement actual is can support practitioner design activities that can help develop both fine and gross motor skills. It is the practitioner’s duty to help young children to develop self-confidence in physical movement and form their self-esteem.

Practitioner can suggests hints and tips with parents and they can tell what their child likes to do. It can be simple task for children at home for example throwing ball game at home or tidy up the toys etc.evaluates national and local initiatives which promote children’s exercise.

There are general and local creativities that inspire exercise in both children, parents and carers. These local creativities are energetic as they propose support for individuals to find out methods to improve their children’s fitness and welfare, and to contribute in actions in their neighbourhood. All these groups have the same aim which is get children occupy themselves outside and moving around.

These groups are very good because they notify people who aren’t alert of what is obligatory for everyday exercise, with guidance on paths to progress their fitness and well-being.

Play England and Forest schools are important, as they are inspiring teachers, parents/carers to take the youngsters outside and practise things that cannot be attained inside the walls of a classroom.
