All children should enjoy going outdoors, they must be allowed to play outside as it helps exercise. Working out helps them in development, health and on their lifestyles. They will be able to live healthy lives and stay self-assured as well as intellectual. Encouraging physical play within the early years is very important it is suggested that both parents and practitioners can stimulus physical activity.

Children improve both fine and gross motor skills as we know, so having a good idea of what physical improvement actual is can support practitioner design activities that can help develop both fine and gross motor skills.
