It is because I can be able to know my limits, and if I have to, I will push myself beyond my limits. I think that I can achieve this if I have competition, someone to compare notes with, or someone to compare my outputs with. For me, to be a part of the Cox Executive Program would really be rewarding, though I know it would require a lot of my effort.
