Firstly Some people aren't fit to be parents. Sometimes people make a mistake, but that mistake should not be able to ruin someone's life especially if they have a bright future ahead of them. For example, if a teenager gets pregnant, I believe she should get an abortion. Raising a child is not an easy task and requires social and emotional commitment couples with financial support.
Secondly, the government cannot tell us what to do. If a woman were to become pregnant, and it would affect her life in a way she wasn't ready for, who are we to tell her that she has to carry it anyways also if she got raped. Forcing her to carry a child that she might not even love is cruel, both for the mother and the child. Once the child is born, it would become a constant reminder to the mother about the rape. She wouldn't love the child, she could spurn it and hate it, and take her anger out on in.
