Education, to me, is not just about learning my basic ABCs or about science or math, it is a resourceful tool that taught me to be myself. Yes, education does get you jobs and money in the long run, but it is truly teaching us about creating a quality of life and good opportunities for our future. My life was impacted by education the moment I started school. It improved the words I spoke, the ways I acted, and my attitude towards others too. Education enlightened me, and it played a significant role in improving the quality of my life. When you are a child, education starts out at home and then you eventually go to the school setting.

Not only did that help me to comprehend things at such a young age, but it taught me to act sanely and develop skills of life so that when I grew up, I knew how to use that education to build a better quality of life for myself. Education also improved my physical lifestyle and made me a healthier person. In a world filled with health problems, fast food, obesity, etc, it might be hard to divert yourself from others and create your own healthy path. I was informed about healthy food and nutritious meals, and about exercising when I was younger, and I believe it truly helped me become a fitter and more active person today. I will also apply this knowledge to my life in the future because it will boost my self-confidence and make me feel like a better person!

I believe I education has also impacted my life by improving my resourcefulness. When I am resourceful, I contain better problem-solving skills. These skills I contain come from my education because in previous classes I have been presented with real-world problems and unexpected issues, that caused me to learn how to use my resources. After my time at the University of Arkansas, I foresee a lot of benefits to my community and world, through what I plan to accomplish. Whether I end up being a physical therapist or an orthodontist, I think both of those careers can impact not even the small community I am in but others at the same time. Both of these careers would take lots of time and effort to get to where I eventually want to end up, but if I benefit the community or world even a little bit, I will feel accomplished.
