I feel that learning how both technical and strategical forms of human resource management can benefit me in the long run. This specific article appeared to be highly credible, therefore worthy of analyzation. These topics are increasingly important for one to become familiarized with. Understanding how these tactics can be utilized can significantly increase the success of a firm. It is important to be up-to-date on such topics, because it allows for a smoother running business.

Personally, T have gained a lot of valid information through the reading of these articles. Technical and strategical HR management yields to high performance in the given firm. Each business should employ similar attitudes and mechanisms in their practices. I couldn't agree more with the topics presented in such articles. I feel that the authors worked diligently to provide audiences with information that is well-organized and easy to understand. Not only were facts concluded from previous information done on such topics, but several statistical equations were utilized to measure such changes in performance after the inclusion of these methods. Each research method utilized deemed similar results, and that was that a tirm's success is dependent on a successful running HR team. It is easy to understand hOW essential it is to have a well comprised team working in such fields. In general, HR members are primarily responsible for the hiring processes.

Some of the specific tasks in this career are conducting interviews, payroll, and employee relations. It is easy to see why such importance is placed on these titles. For instance, say the HR team does not have a good record in hiring people. The people that are hired are not committed to their jobs, or not qualified. This will lead to issues within the entire firm. That is why it is highly important for these positions to have a high degree of organization and proper management skills within. The entire success of the firm is dependent on a good foundation of HR workers. I personally, have had some difficulties with an HR firm back in my home country. As a teenager, I applied for a job at a local store. At first, the process seemed to go accordingly to the normal standards, however, shortly after, I had many problems.

The firm was very inconsistent with calling me back. They completely forgot to call me back two times. This made me not want to work for them. Even though I would have offered a lot to this company, I do not like inconsistencies. Also, one can certainly tell a lot about a business by their HR staff. I figured if this group was so unorganized, the rest of the firm certainly would have to be the same. Firms need to make sure that their HR management teams are consistent and treat future employees well, this way they will get the best workers. In conclusion, we can see the high degree of importance of such issues relating to HR. I personally have undergone inconsistencies in these fields, and it completely turned me off from the company. HR teams hold significant positions, and should hold these values to the highest degree in all circumstances. Another topic that would be a great future discussion regarding HR would be the employee's views of these positions. I feel that studying this aspect could help individuals realize the issues that are consistent amongst fims in these fields.
