Assignment - Employment Contract
Introduction and Agreement: This agreement is made on this 31st day of July, 2018, between Bravo Network, a Florida corporation, and Gordon Ramsay for Bravo to televise Ramsay’s new television program which is Kitchen Heavens. The television program will consist of five seasons and it will start in the month of August in 2018. Bravo has to produce the show, locate appropriate restaurants, negotiate television contracts with the restaurant owners, and market the show.
Consideration: Any contract that is obtained or arranged by Bravo must be approved by Ramsay in writing. Bravo agrees to employ Ramsay as long as all of the terms and conditions in this contract are followed.

Compensation: Bravo will pay Ramsay $100,000 for each episode and one season consists of approximately fifteen episodes. These episodes must be produced and completed on time.
Benefits and Advantages: Ramsay will be transported to and from every production site in a limousine. He will have a private dressing room, he can choose his own make-up artists and wardrobe, and he must be provided with three good meals a day from the restaurants that are used for the Restaurant Heaven episode.
Terms and Conditions: Ramsay must meet all the specific deadlines and provide expert commentary on why the subject restaurant is running wonderfully.
Non-compete Provision: Ramsay cannot enter into any new television contracts with competing television networks for a period of one year. This non-competition period begins when the contract begins which is the month of August in 2018. However, this provision does not apply to existing shows in which Ramsay is already participating in.
Attorney Fees and Litigation Costs: In the event of litigation between Bravo and Ramsay, the losing party will pay the attorney’s fees to the winning party.
Termination of Agreement: The total time for the contract and agreement is for five seasons, but the contract may be renewed for a sixth season by Bravo if they increase Ramsay’s salary to $300,000 for each episode. If the show does not produce good results, Bravo has the option to buy Ramsay out of the remaining contract for $1,500,000 which is worth up to one season. This option can be used at any time after the completion of the first season. This contract will be terminated if Ramsay dies.
Assignment - General Warranty Deed
THIS DEED created on this 29th day of September, 2018, by and between Michelle and Barrack Obama (Grantors), whose address is 111 10th Street West, Chicago, IL 60007 to Laura and George W. Bush (Grantees), whose address is 123 20th Street East, Chicago, IL 60007.
WITNESSETH, that Grantors, for the price of $460,000 that will be hand paid by the Grantees with a proper receipt, will grant, release, convey, and sell their property which is located in Cook County, Chicago, Illinois and the following is a proper description of the property:
Lot 8, Block 1600, Hawaiian Hamlet, Third Addition, Cook County Public Records, Plat Book X, Page 79.
The Grantees will own this property for as long as they wish. However, they must follow the exception of the Grantors which states that the Grantees must agree not to use the property to promote any type of political information and perspectives. If they violate this agreement, the property will be given back to the Grantors.
Grantors agreed to sell the property to Grantees for the amount that was specified in this deed. Grantors and Grantees agreed that the payment will be made in Fee Simple Determinable. Grantors have valid authority to sell the property, they verified that it is their property and it is not stolen, they will defend against anyone who disagrees, and the property does not have any obstructions or burdens.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantors have made this deed official by signing this deed in the presence of the notary public.
