Thesis: All tn all, the most useful skill my mother has me is how to be financially savvy. She taught me how to work hard for my money and how to save my money.
My mom taught me many useful skills, but I think the most useful one the skill of financial responsibility. First, my mother taught me at the very early of five that I always had to work hard for anything that I wanted to buy. Second, this lesson also me that hard work is very important and will always pay off. Third, my mom’s teaching of how to handle my money has been very beneficial now that I am older. I am now a financially responsible person, because my mom made me to be a very controlling person with my money.
First, my mother taught at a very young age to be careful with my money. Being five years old was no excuse for not working hard to buy some candy. As a child, I had a list of chores and tasks to finish throughout the week. If I completed them all, I earned the same amount of money as I was years old. So, at five years old, I eamed $5 a week, and at ten years old, I earned $10 a week. Then, my mom made put this money into a savIngs account. I think this was a very smart lesson because it taught me to be careful with my money.
Second, this lesson me that hard work is important and pays off in the end. If my mother didn’t teach me how to work hard when I was younger then I wouldn’t know the importance of hard work. I have been working for my allowance since I was a little girl, so I know how important it is to keep your money safe. If I didn’t work for my money, then I would lust spend my money on anything without thinking However, since I worked so hard for my money, I am very cautious about where I spend my money.
Third, my mother’s lessons on money have helped me all throughout my life, especially now that I am older. I am grateful to her because I so careful with my money now and I have more money saved then friends who are my age. A lot of my friends spend their money on things that they want, such as, cosmetics and clothes, but I am very careful with what I spend my money on. I have a lot of money saved m the bank and I am happy that I didn’t spend my money.
All all, the twist useful skill my mother has is how to be financially savvy. She taught me how to work hard for my money and how to save my money. I am grateful to her now that I am older because I smarter with my money.
