God”tms covenant with Noah is a covenant of love and grace. The Lord chose because he was a righteous man whom praised the Lord Almighty. The rain fell for forty days and forty nights, soaking the Earth and lifting the ark high above the ground.Even though animals may have been a source of food before, the human population will now have to hunt those animals. And he alone guarantees their keeping. Noah was a father of three sons and a firm believer and follower of the Lord.
